您使用 PlanTodo（放个计划）即表示您已阅读、理解并同意遵守本服务条款。如您不同意，请勿使用本应用。PlanTodo 提供免费服务和可选的付费功能，使用任何服务均受本条款约束。

2. 服务描述

本应用是一款智能待办工具，允许用户创建任务，以及创建计划，通过计划自动生成任务。服务器仅接收计划的周期元数据（如频率、时间），用于每日推理并返回当日任务安排。计划的具体内容在本地存储，不会上传。我们保留随时修改、暂停或终止部分或全部服务的权利，恕不另行通知。

3. 用户账户

注册时应提供真实、准确的信息，不得冒充他人或提供虚假身份；
您有责任妥善保管账号密码，因泄露导致的损失由您自行承担；
您不得将账号转让、出租或用于未经许可的商业用途；
如发现账号异常使用或违反安全策略，我们有权暂停或终止您的账户，恕不另行通知。

4. 用户行为规范

您同意不从事以下行为：

利用本应用从事违法、侵权、欺诈、骚扰或传播恶意内容的行为；
试图反向工程、破解、爬取或干扰本应用正常运行；
以任何自动化方式（如机器人、爬虫、脚本）过度访问或滥用本服务；
上传或同步包含违法、色情、暴力或侵犯他人隐私等内容的周期元数据；
利用本应用传播垃圾信息、恶意软件或进行网络钓鱼活动。

5. 知识产权

本应用的所有代码、界面设计、商标、图标等知识产权归 PlanTodo 开发团队或其许可方所有，未经书面许可不得复制、修改或分发；
您创建的所有任务和计划内容归您所有，但您授予我们一项全球性、免版税、非独占的许可，仅用于提供和优化本服务（如改进推理引擎的准确性）；
用户反馈和建议可能被采纳用于产品改进，但不会因此产生报酬义务。

6. 免责声明

本服务按”现状”和”可用”状态提供，不保证无中断、无错误或完全安全；
因不可抗力（如自然灾害、网络攻击、政策变更、第三方服务故障）导致的服务中断，我们不承担责任；
我们不对任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害（如数据丢失、业务中断、利润损失）承担责任，即使已被告知此类损害的可能性；
您理解并同意，使用本应用进行关键任务安排时应有备选方案，我们不保证任务提醒的绝对及时性。

7. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，PlanTodo 及其关联方、开发者、供应商的总责任不超过您在过去12个月内为本服务实际支付的费用。对于免费用户，如适用法律允许，我们的责任限于法律允许的最低限度。

8. 终止服务

您可随时停止使用本应用并注销账号，注销后您的账号数据将在30天内被永久删除；
我们可在您违反本条款或适用法律时，立即暂停或终止您的访问权限；
服务终止后，本条款中按其性质应继续有效的条款（如知识产权、免责声明、责任限制）将继续有效；
本地设备上的数据不受服务终止影响，由您自行管理。

9. 适用法律与争议解决

本条款受中华人民共和国法律管辖。因本条款引起的或与之相关的任何争议，双方应首先通过友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方可向 PlanTodo 运营方所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。对于国际用户，还应遵守您所在地的适用法律。

10. 条款变更

我们可能不时更新本条款。重大变更将通过应用内通知、电子邮件或网站公告等方式告知。您在变更生效后继续使用本服务，即表示您接受修改后的条款。如您不同意变更，应停止使用本服务。

11. 其他条款

如本条款任一条款被认定为无效或不可执行，不影响其余条款的效力；
我们可将本条款项下的权利和义务全部或部分转让给第三方，无需事先通知，但会通过适当方式告知用户；
未行使或延迟行使某项权利不视为放弃该权利；
本条款构成您与 PlanTodo 之间的完整协议，取代此前所有口头或书面约定。

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PlanTodo (“放个计划”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. PlanTodo offers both free services and optional paid features; all use is governed by these Terms.

2. Service Description

PlanTodo is a smart to-do tool that allows users to create tasks and plans, with tasks automatically generated from plans. The server only receives plan cycle metadata (such as frequency and time) for daily inference and returns the day's task schedule. Specific plan content is stored locally and is not uploaded. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering, and may not impersonate others or provide false identities;
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Losses resulting from credential disclosure are your sole responsibility;
You may not transfer, lease, or use your account for unauthorized commercial purposes;
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts showing abnormal usage or security violations, with or without notice.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in the following:

Using the app for illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, or malicious content distribution purposes;
Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, scrape, or interfere with the normal operation of the app;
Excessively accessing or abusing the service via any automated means (bots, crawlers, scripts);
Uploading or syncing cycle metadata containing illegal, pornographic, violent, or privacy-violating content;
Using the app to distribute spam, malware, or conduct phishing activities.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, interface designs, trademarks, icons, and other intellectual property of the app belong to the PlanTodo development team or its licensors, and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission;
All tasks and plans you create belong to you, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use them solely for providing and improving the service (e.g., improving inference engine accuracy);
User feedback and suggestions may be adopted for product improvement without creating any compensation obligation.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure operation;
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, cyber attacks, policy changes, third-party service failures);
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including data loss, business interruption, or lost profits), even if advised of the possibility of such damages;
You understand and agree that you should maintain alternative arrangements for critical task reminders, as we cannot guarantee absolute timeliness of notifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of PlanTodo, its affiliates, developers, and suppliers shall not exceed the fees you have actually paid for the service in the past 12 months. For free users, where permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the minimum extent allowed by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. After account deletion, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days;
We may immediately suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or applicable law;
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limitations) will continue to apply;
Data on your local device is not affected by service termination and is managed by you.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people's court in the jurisdiction where the PlanTodo operator is located. International users must also comply with applicable local laws.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notifications, email, or website announcements. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the service.

11. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect;
We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, to a third party without prior notice, but will inform users through appropriate channels;
Failure or delay in exercising any right does not constitute a waiver of that right;
These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and PlanTodo, superseding all prior oral or written agreements.
