本隐私政策适用于 PlanTodo（中文名：放个计划，以下简称"本应用"）及其相关服务。我们深知个人信息对您的重要性，并致力于保护您的隐私安全。请在使用本应用前仔细阅读本政策。
2. 我们收集哪些信息？
我们坚持"最小必要"原则，仅收集提供服务所必需的信息：
- 您主动提供的信息：如注册账号时的邮箱、用户名；
- 自动收集的信息：
- 设备信息（设备型号、操作系统版本、IP地址、唯一设备标识符如IDFA/Android ID）；
- 您的设备的时区；
- 使用日志（访问时间、功能使用频率、崩溃日志）；
- 计划周期元数据（例如：计划重复频率、开始/结束日期、提醒时间等），不包含计划的具体内容。
重要说明：计划内容（如"吃早餐""健身房锻炼"等）仅在您的设备本地进行存储，不会上传至服务器，我们无法访问您的任务详情。
除此之外的其他信息（如通讯录、相册、精确位置、生物识别信息等）我们不会收集。
3. 我们如何使用您的信息？
- 为您提供日程推理与任务安排服务（基于计划周期元数据）；
- 用户身份验证与账号安全管理；
- 分析服务性能，优化用户体验；
- 响应客户支持请求；
- 遵守适用的法律法规或响应政府合法要求。
4. 我们如何共享、转让或公开披露您的信息？
- 不会出售您的个人信息；
- 在法律法规要求、司法程序或政府命令下，我们可能披露必要信息；
- 如发生合并、收购或资产转让，用户信息可能作为转让资产的一部分，我们将确保接收方继续履行本隐私政策。
5. 数据存储与跨境传输
- 中国大陆用户的数据存储于中国大陆境内的服务器；
- 非中国大陆用户的数据存储于中国大陆境外（如 AWS 新加坡区域），我们将通过标准合同条款等法律机制保障数据安全；
- 在您主动注销账号后，您的个人信息将在30天内被匿名化或删除。
6. 您的权利
根据《个人信息保护法》等法律法规，您有权：
- 访问、更正或删除您的个人信息；
- 撤回对个人信息处理的同意；
- 注销您的账号；
- 要求我们限制或拒绝处理您的信息；

Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to PlanTodo (also known as "放个计划", hereinafter referred to as "the App") and its related services. We understand the importance of personal information to you and are committed to protecting your privacy. Please read this policy carefully before using the App.
2. What Information Do We Collect?
We adhere to the "minimum necessary" principle and only collect information essential to providing our services:
- Information you provide voluntarily: such as email address and username when registering an account;
- Information collected automatically:
- Device information (device model, OS version, IP address, unique device identifiers such as IDFA/Android ID);
- Your device's time zone;
- Usage logs (access time, feature usage frequency, crash logs);
- Plan cycle metadata (e.g., plan repeat frequency, start/end dates, reminder times), excluding the specific content of plans.
Important note: Plan content (e.g., "eat breakfast", "gym workout") is stored locally on your device only and is not uploaded to our servers. We cannot access your task details.
We do not collect any other information (such as contacts, photo albums, precise location, biometric data, etc.).
3. How Do We Use Your Information?
- To provide schedule reasoning and task arrangement services (based on plan cycle metadata);
- User identity verification and account security management;
- To analyze service performance and improve user experience;
- To respond to customer support requests;
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations or respond to lawful government requests.
4. How Do We Share, Transfer, or Publicly Disclose Your Information?
- We do not sell your personal information;
- We may disclose necessary information as required by law, judicial proceedings, or government orders;
- In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, user information may be transferred as part of the assets. We will ensure the recipient continues to comply with this Privacy Policy.
5. Data Storage and Cross-Border Transfer
- Data of users in mainland China is stored on servers within mainland China;
- Data of users outside mainland China is stored outside mainland China (e.g., AWS Singapore region), and we will ensure data security through legal mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses;
- After you voluntarily delete your account, your personal information will be anonymized or deleted within 30 days.
6. Your Rights
Under laws and regulations such as the Personal Information Protection Law, you have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information;
- Withdraw consent to the processing of personal information;
- Delete your account;
- Request that we restrict or refuse processing of your information;
- File a complaint with regulatory authorities (e.g., the Cyberspace Administration of China).
